How do I book a taxi with Faircab?

You can easily book online via our website, or call +31 88 250 36 00. After booking you will receive a confirmation email immediately.

Are the prices really fixed?

Yes, absolutely. At Faircab you always pay the agreed price. We do not use a taxi meter — whether there is traffic or not, the price stays the same.

Can I book last-minute?

We do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings. Call us directly on +31 88 250 36 00 to check availability.

How do I pay?

You can pay by card, cash, or by invoice (for business travellers).

During your trip

What if my flight is delayed?

No problem. We track your flight live. Your driver will automatically adjust their arrival time to match your actual landing time. No extra charges for delays.

How much luggage can I bring?

The price includes up to 2 large suitcases and hand luggage. Need more space? Contact us for a tailored solution.

Does Faircab drive at night?

Yes. Faircab is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — including early-morning flights departing at 04:00 or earlier.

Cancellation

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your pick-up time. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. Contact us for full details.
